whats the best choice motherboard for an e6600 for overclocking and pice, pci slots, features ect

That's really going to depend alot on what you intend to do and what you already have. Will you be using SLI? Are there any components that you already have that you will be re-using? Do you have any preferences to any particular manufacturers or chipsets? Are there any future upgrades your already planning?

All of these things will be useful in helping you choose the board that is right for you.

Based on the little info we have already though....Your least expensive/most productive choices are probably the 650i or P5N series boards.

DualCore Intel Core 2 Duo E6600, 2400 MHz (9 x 267) (now 2.7ghz 9x300)
MSI P965 Neo (MS-7235) (3 PCI, 2 PCI-E x1, 1 PCI-E x16, 4 DDR2 DIMM, Audio, Gigabit LAN)
Intel Broadwater P965
BIOS version 1.6
Corsair XMS2 CM2X2048-6400C5 (4gb) 3328 MB (DDR2-800 DDR2 SDRAM)
NVIDIA GeForce 7600 GT (256 MB)

mite upgrade my graphics card unsure weather sli or not yet probably not
also might add a sound card later on are they pci or pcie.??
im running 3 pci slots and all are used how many can they have..?? prolly want 1 more atleast
not after a cheap option but nothing rediculously priced either
need anymore info..?
