Kinda Warm, No?

Hey everyone,

My opteron 185 I think is a bit warm. Stock, the idle is 40C and under load, it gets to 54C. The Mb temp is at 32C, and the other temps CPUID hardware monitor are:
0 -41C
1- 34C
2- 33C

I think that's a tad warm, no?

I'm running the stock Opteron cooler in an Antec Nine-Hundred, in a room about 75F.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Its fine as you have stock cooling. If you were to say you were getting those temps on some aftermarket cooling, then maybe we would have cause for concern...

sweet, thanks, guys.

I'm just a little paranoid on longevity, as the 185 is hard to find brand new [exception be made to ebay].

Agreed, I couldn't find one at all the last time I upgraded and had to go with the 175, which I am selling now.
