Sig Rig Upgrade

Thread Starter
Alright, well... I built this PC just last year, but as I expected... I now find myself craving more. The problem is I had a job last year. I applied for a few jobs so far this summer and right now am awaiting a reply.

So, I would like to probably get a quad, and upgrade the video card. Maybe add a second hard drive. And I could really use a sound card and better heatsink.

Basically... I want to know what I can get with $200. Now, I plan on selling the old parts I am replacing, so I mean $200 additional on top of whatever I get back on selling the components. I also have an old EVGA 8800GTS 320mb laying around I can sell as well.

I would just get another hard drive for now, and just save for a large upgrade.

There isn't anything out there atm that will give you a huge return above what you already have. I do, however, suggest looking at an Auzentech X-Fi to replace your current soundcard. You'll hear new sounds in games you're already playing and the sound quality will be increased as well. Other than that, I'd just wait until there's better parts on the market.
