on the missing files goto the folder where you extracted the drives and rename the files i had to do it with the xp version they was all missing a r at the end of the file name then all worked fine.
then i repacked the driver into a new exe so all i have to do is install.

Has anybody else noticed problems with the text on the F@H display? When I was on 175.16 drivers the text was white and easy to read. After I went to the 177.35 and now to the 177.39 the text is more of a Grey and hard to see. Everything else seems fine but that.

@rex, nope, my version of folding has no viewer. only started yesterday, looks like it may be a long time before i hit the top 1k of the team and get the badge

I have noticed 'corrupt' looking text in the memory benchmarks in everest, nothing to compare them with though as all new to me

All I did was install the drivers, then drop the modded INF in the nVidia folder.

The text isn't corrupt it's just darker and harder to read? It's folding fine and actually faster than ever with these drivers. I'm working on getting my badge too. I've got 4181 points so far and have been folding non stop for like 3 weeks. With the new drivers though I've gained like 1500 points in a few days so these are much better. I think the lowest score on the 1K list in in the 7k range so I've got a ways to go yet.

I got the drivers to work and it increased my CPU score on 3dmark Vantage Extreme preset significantly. The overall score was changed only by less than 100, I cannot see where people get off saying Vantage is not a reputable benchmark. For a 22,000 point increase in CPU individual score, I got a less than 100 point increase in overall score because it was only a driver fix. How can you say that is not fair?

You can see that my previous physics score was 18.04 operations/second with the previous drivers. After the physx acceleration driver, I jumped to 125.35 operations/second.

In case that compare link doesn't work
Driver 177.39 (Physx acceleration enabled)
Driver 177.35 (No Physx acceleration)

http://service.futuremark.com/result...&resultType=19

I think this should compare my scores. The green score should be X2528 with Nvidia driver 177.35 and X2629 should be with Nvidia driver 177.39.

No it didn't have a PPU onboard. It turned out to be a Ramdac in the end.

I thought the G80s were supposed to have PPUs? ***?
And my score actually dropped over 100 points with these from 177.26 (without the physx).
I wonder why these are worse..
