I would wipe your current drivers using DCPro, install only 1 card then install the 8.3 cats, install a second card, install the 8.3 cats again then install the 3 card and install the 8.6 cats over the top, no driver cleaning.

EDIT> 1 game or all of your games? the pic you show is a demo and may not be patched for CF.
Crysis and fully updated Rainbow Six Vegas 2. I haven't tried any other.

Crysis demo?

Test more games, or run 3D Mark06.

Yeah, demo.

I'm downloading Lost Coast right now.

My resolution reset to 800x600 when I loaded the game so I set it to 1680x1050, then immediately went back to 800x600. I closed the game and tried it through the ATI panel and it still won't let me select 1680x1050, nor will the *right click desktop>personalize etc* option.

Edit: I just got a BAD_POOL_HEADER BSOD when I was trying to install drivers.

Edit2: After the BSOD, I was able to install drivers and it let me set the resolution to 1680x1050. First good BSOD ever. lol

Remove drivers in Windows, Driver Cleaner in Safe mode... reboot and try a previous to newest driver.

I got it working! It was something with my monitor not liking the settings the ATI CCC was putting out and/or vise versa. All fixed now.

Rep+ to all.
