Hello, I need some advice. What do you think guys, is it worth to get GTX260 for Ultra? Do I feel really big performance increase at 1680x1050 resolution?

Thanks.

If you don't feel any slowdowns, then you don't need to. I don't think it's worth it for any marginal improvements.

If you are thinking of trading a gt260 for an 8800ultra then that would be a downgrade, if you are thinking of trading your 8800ultra for a gt260 that would be an upgrade. But really in a nutshell both of those cards will play any game maxed out at 1680x1050, with crysis being the exception.

Benchmarks with Beta drivers aren't benchmarks.

i wouldn't upgrade unless you are feeling lag or slowdown in games. neither of those cards should have issues playing any game at that resolution
