BSOD's after implementing RAID?

I use an XP Pro machine as a home server. It has a DFI Blood Iron motherboard with 4 WD 500GB HD's set in RAID10 and then an 80GB WD as the OS. Ever since I implemented the RAID10 (I reinstalled Windows when I did it) my computer Blue Screens every day at least once or twice. I get the following error:

KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR

STOP: 0x0000007a

ACPI.sys

Now I've tested my 80GB HD 3 times (3 different DFT's including WD Lifeguard) and I've run Memtest for 12+ hours with no errors. Could this be an issue with my RAID? My 4 HD's in RAID are on Sata ports 1-4 (since those are the only ones that can raid) and my OS HD is on on Sata port 5. I'd really like to get this fixed ASAP cuz I use this server everyday.
