It's actually surprisingly cheap for a new released card in the UK.

That's not much use to us Brits.

Edit: It's also a few £ cheaper than the other post; from Overclocks UK (a competitor of Scan's)
At the risk of annoying people with my OCUK bashing, I really would not order from there. It may be a few pounds cheaper, but their customer service is terrible. They promised me for an entire week I'd get my stuff next-day, never managed to do it, so I canceled the order, and it has taken a week, and I still havn't got my money back. They are not being helpful at all.
Scan on the other hand, I ordered from instead after canceling it, and they, like always, delivered perfectly.

Anywho, the killer for me is the lack of decent Linux drivers.

200 US but when you ship it over to EU with all the delivery and charges its cheaper to buy it from here.

So for us its 200*1.17 = 234 + shipping (VAT on shipping aswell) it will be cheaper than the 200US if you buy it in EU

Granted OCUK service is nothing short of abysmal, but the win for me here is that I live, like, a 5 minute drive from the warehouse store, so I can just go in and buy my stuff. Cant agree more about Scan. Wonderful People.

As for drivers, I think DRI2 was released recently, and AMD are supposed to be making nice progress with linux drivers, so Compiz and OpenGL clashes will be a thing of the past once AMD get DRI2 implemented.
