Big Summer Upgrade !!! Suggestions Needed

Ok so ive been planning a big upgrade for some time now. i almost had a whole system ready, this is what i was going to get:

-E7200

-MSI P7N Platinum 750i (no EVGA in singapore, from where i'll be buying the stuff from. budget wont allow a 780i so this is the only SLI mobo available)

-2x1GB Kingston HyperX 1066Mhz

-2x XFX 9600GT in SLI

-Corsair HX520 PSU

-Lian-Li PC7B+ II

-TRUE Black (is it out in the US? cos its out here and it looks fantastic)

These are the only parts i need.

Ok so, the above system would provide quite a huge bangage for my buck given im on quite a tight budget.

Then THIS happened.

Now I'm right back at square one. and i could not be happier. Now im thinking of getting a single HD4850 for now and a crossfirable (and definately more OCable than that POS MSI) mobo so i can CF later when needed.

So i thought I'd get a cheap P5Q Pro(P45). but then tweaktown sez that difference between 8x/8x CF and 16x/16x CF is quite noticable. now i need a cheap X38/X48, and i was looking at the DFI LANPARTY DK X38-T2R but why doesnt it have an NB heatsink? how does it perform? any bad experiences or problems?good with crossfire?

any other sugestions for the build are welcome, dont bother with newegg links tho.

and the only thing that im concerned about with thte 4850 is that they idle at more than 70C and load temps are above 95C...that close to the boiling pt of water(dont know why i said that, but damn its high) !!! will this be a problem?

DFI boards were created for overclocking, and you'll probably have more BIOS OCing options than you know what to do with. It'll CrossFire with x16/x16 for the cards meaning they'll run at normal speeds instead of being bottle-necked by x4 or x8 bandwidth.

The retail product ships with a NB heatsink, but you'll have to put it on yourself. It's a meld between the Thermalright NB heatsink and a regular NB heatsink. It's too big to ship with it attached so I guess they put it there for buyers to do it themselves. I remember it coming with a small tube of thermal for it.

If you look in the pictures of the board on Newegg, the picture with the cables and stuff, there's a heatsink in the picture. That's the one for the NB. It has clips so you can mount a small fan on it too.

The NB heatsink in that link is easier to notice . The DK and LT both use the same heatsink so yea.

I skimmed through the Newegg reviews and someone said something about the DK not having direct CPU voltage control and instead had a bunch of other options for CPU voltage instead and that it added CPU voltage in milivolts or something. That person also stated the LT had direct CPU voltage control though along with the other BIOS settings that the DK had for CPU voltage.
