[Kotaku] Call Of Duty 5: First Trailer - Page 5

It's not Call of Duty 5 because Activision is too ashamed to ruin COD's good name by making this crap by Treyarch their fifth installment.

If it's not done by Infinity Ward, I shall not be touching it with a ten foot pole.

To outright say its a failure, on the first look at it, is ignorant.

They need to make a COD: WW4 where you get sticks, logs and stones.

Very true. It's just COD:World at War so it'll be like we never left WWII. Seeing all the flamethrowers and swords, it'll look like we'll be seeing a lot of murdering and torturing by the Japanese. That's no surprise, the pacific theatre was never quite that pleasant...

Look at the logo, does it say 5 anywhere? NO!

Look at the previous Call of Duty logos:

Notice the 2

See how there is a 3 there...

Look its a 4!

Until I see a 5 on the logo I refuse to think of this a the 5th one. This is just Activision cashing in on the fact that there aren't any good WW2 shooters out. In fact, since this is using the CoD4 engine, I think a more appropriate name for this game would be Call of Duty 4: World of War.
