Actually, with the upped volts and higher clocks of the GTX+ it consumes pretty much exactly the same amount of power as the old 9800 GTX. The drop from 65nm to 55nm really isn't that much.

2 gts is the cheap option giving good results.

2 gtx will clock higher but cost more.
