Bingo. I'm not quite sure exactly where the 533MHz bus speed is coming from. It's either being read wrong or QuickPath is being run at a 4x multi.

CPU-Z reads 'Intel', reasonably new one, so it assumes quad-pumped FSB. It doesn't know what QuickPath is.

doesnt CPU-Z simply multiply bus speed by 4?
