temp rising fast

hi all

i have thermalright 120 extreme + 1 120 fan thermal take thunderblade 78CFM
my idel temps r 43 in night and 45 in day ,i know its summer and hot but still i wanna be sure
i have e4700 that works on 1.418V
my side case is opened cuz .. well .... the dam TR120E is larger then my tower
now when i open the comp after a good night sleep (PC was shut down) my starting temps 40 it rises to 42 during the morning and 45 in mid day
as soon as i try do to anything the temp jump right to 50~55
even if it only to open IE7
in PRIME95 it reach max temp of 67
i use AC-MX2
could it be i didnt set the heatstick right and that why it runs so hot ?
or is it the summer ,i live in hot country

just wanted to make sure

What kind of thermal paste are you using and do you have a good seat between the cpu and the cooler?

What are our ambient temps? Also, is your case in an area where the hot air won't circulate?

i think it a good seat i shak it a bit and it dosnt move but if i work a bit force i can rotate it left and right
but it dosnt stand right its a bit fall down but i think its my case wich holds the motherboard and cuz the small fall down
the temp in room dont know but outside in shade the temp was 35C (that what they said in news)
my pc stands right under and bihaind my window and with open side case i think it have anought airflow
