For a 120mm rad it is very impressive. Can I ask what rad and fan? Also, what water block are you using? Tubing size? I know I'm asking a lot of question, but for a 120mm rad, it's very impressive.

There is an option in your BIOS called GTL Reference voltage. If it's at stock, you need to increase it slightly, quads need it to overclock farther. If it doesn't help after you increase it a notch or two, post all your frequencies, timings, and all voltages.

EDIT: What motherboard are you using?

I've tried 1600 x9
vcore 1.5 - 1.55-1.45
NB 1.48-1.48-1.35
SB 1.58-1.58-1.5
HT 1.48-1.48-1.2

None of these work.

That's all Ive increased but cant get any of those stable.
I haven't touched GTL Reference voltage or anything else.

Like I said, quads need an increase of the GTL Reference voltage to overclock farther. What board are you using?
