They havet got that far along stuff already puts out a ton of heat add 4 to it and that adds 4x the heat. The dual gpu cards dont perform that great either some get beat by single cards. The dual cards need extra things to let the 2 cores work together and that adds heat also not to mention the extra power circuits they need.

I seem to remember EVGA having a "stretched-truth" advertisement on its webpage a while ago saying the card had "128 cores". That was all, nothing more.
