Yeah at least I know what it is now. Hopefully XFX will be willing to crossship with me or something because I need this computer working by next weekend. I've never dealt with getting a replacement product before since the only times I've had something die it wasn't worth it for shipping back.

Thanks for the help everyone.

How long have you had the card and where did you buy it from? Most retailers offer replacements up to 30 days and then after that you have to go to the manufacturer. If you bought it somewhere local it would be a lot easier to get a new one compared to shipping to XFX for an RMA.

I bought it from Tiger Direct's website about two weeks ago. I'm not sure of their replacement policy. Would it be better than XFX?
Tigerdirect has a 30 day replacement: http://www.tigerdirect.com/sectors/help/return.asp. As long as you register with XFX within 30-days of purchase they will accept an RMA at anytime: http://www.xfxforce.com/en-us/Help/S...ispreview=true. I don't shop at Tigerdirect so I don't know what their support is like, hopefully someone can give some input. If Tigerdirect support isn't very good just go straight to XFX.

Thanks for the links -- it seems I can't go through TigerDirect because I already sent in the mail in rebate and thus the UPC code is missing. Hopefully XFX will work with me.
