Hi, Can you tell us what RAM you have. Also try running with only one stick, run memtest, the try the other stick and run memtest again. It certainly looks like the RAM is bad, check it is seated properly and back down your overclock (if any) to stock speeds.

^ Good advice, the halting error doesn't neccasairly mean you have bad memory, I'd try what he said, and are all your sticks matching sticks and all double sided/single sided modules ? If not, could be your problem, you always want stick with matching modules.
