Nothing comes up until desktop!

AHHH!

That was my first reaction^

It all happened when I was 'messing' around in bios and guess what...I succeeded. If this ain't a mess I don't know what is! My problem is i set my Q66 to 3.6ghz in bios as well as swapping some other stuff around. Then I rebooted and nothing came up, I rebooted and still nothing (AT ALL) So I started to look in the manual thingo and then turned around to see XP Up. I rebooted 10mins ago and the same thing happened only I saw it boot into XP (Or lack of seeing it) Pretty much I have a black screen until I get to the Desktop popping up and I can't reverse Bios settings? I think the problem was i swapped PCI/PNP or something not realising..... As they say learn from your mistakes.

Go into your BIOS and try to fix it? Just press the DEL key on your motherboard like a madman once you press the Power Button. If it doesn't come up, use a PS2 Keyboard.

Clear CMOS by removing the battery for 30 seconds and putting it back in then turning you machine back on.

Should be OK.

Ok just got home and went to try these two methods. BUT...computer won't even power up, Nothing happens, at all! I've tried the psu switch, cable (even the wall cable to make sure I don't look like a complete idiot.) All I can think of is that it has something to do with this problem? I am gonna go try reconnecting the internal cables and so on but I'm quite clueless as to what to do!
