Thanks for the manual, but the problem is still there, as with the manual the BIOS is like the picture shown above, but as i stated i am missing some of the fuctions there and so can not access the CPU options. Thanks for the manual though, it is still helpful

Well under the Advanced Chip Settings the only option I have is "System BIOS Cacheable" and thats no use at all

Well, the CPU is only running at 1.1 Ghz, when it should be 1.8 Ghz, but i think thats CPU-Z readings that are incorrect. But if you did upgrade, your CPU- you would get much better performance out of it.
