running fsb at rated frequency?

I can achieve a 3.0 overclock with my board, p5k pro, and from what I understand I can get up to a 3.2 with my processor, my question is, my motherboard is rated to 1600mhz so is running it at that frequency or beyond it going to burn up my NB or just generally overheat my board. Im interested to know if anyone else has this board and what they were capable of doing with it. I saw on a review of the board that someone had the frequency up to 2000mhz but as to how hot it was and whether it was air cooled or not I dont remember. Basically I want to achieve the most efficient clock I can get with out burning up my NB or overtemping anything else.

its not goin to do anything bad to your mobo ... my mobo is rated for 1333fsb and ive been keeping this baby at 1600fsb since day 1 ... i suggest clock the cpu at 3.2 with a multi of 8 .. and you will have 1600 fsb .. no NB overvoltage required
