Yeah, you would probably get some decent bottlenecking there. Not as much as my proc at stock, but still. You'll probably want a better motherboard to be able to push the most performance out of it.

At lower resolutions yes but if you up the resolution enough and load up so AA the bottleneck should decrease(don't know if it will disappear). I think 3 GHz is the magic number.
