Depending on how your load temperatures look, I'd say bump your vcore up a notch or two and try again. I honestly don't see anything technically WRONG with your current settings. Your RAM is loose enough that its definitely not causing the errors (99% sure). Your CPU is probably just a tad too high with not enough voltage is my best guesstimate .

Try bumping your vcore up to around 1.45 ish...and run again. Keep them temps BELOW 65*C if you want your chip to last. Some say 55*C...but that's playing it a little too safe. AMD's tech specs say 65*C and 72*C on some chips...but 65 is safe .

Ok, see if these settings work.

RAM:
CAS "tCL" 3
tRCD 4
tRP 4
tRAS 10

DRAM idle timer 256 "if possible"

CPU:
Bump the voltage up just a bit, either 1.400 or 1.425 which ever is next

use the lowest number possible to up the voltage. Those temps are not to bad.

Seems a little hot on idle temps. But those don't really matter too much. Its the load temps you want to keep in check .

Just to rule something out here. Drop your multiplier down to 6x or so. It'll put you BELOW stock speeds. But do this, and then try Orthos again. It might be your motherboard just can't handle that high of a HT clock (FSB). Its a possiblity. I DOUBT its the RAM doing this to you. Only other things could be CPU or mobo that I know of. If you drop your multiplier down, and its stable...then you know your CPU is what's being maxed .
