E8400 + 780i + Dominator 8500 Settings

I'm looking to set an efficient 3.7ghz overlock. I have reached 3.7 @ 1600fsb but I am unsure if my memory settings are set correctly. I'm not sure if I even need to overlock my ram since it is 1066mhz stock, when I link the memory clock mode it turns down the mhz on my ram? if anybody is running the e8400 on a 780i with the dominator 8500 ram could you please post your bios settings ( ram timing, voltages, linked mode?, fsb exc.)? It would be greatly appreciated I'm just trying to see if im heading in the right direction.

with good enough cooling and enough balls to push the volts you will hit 4.5ghz with that kit.

I have the Arctic 7 Freezer Pro CPU Heatsink with a Lian-Li case, but that it is for cooling. I want something that will last. What should I try to push it to, that wouldn't lower the life expectancy of my computer? Do I need to change anything besides the Vcore and FSB? Are their other settings that should be altered along with that?

I was actually looking at this post

Please let me know? Any recommendations?
