Need some input

hey guys, new here, so hello. recently got done with my first build. went well. so i have now started the process of turning it up. currently i am at the following

cpu is at 2.925Ghz
voltage is at 1.328
mulitplier is x13
bus speed is 2500mhz
ram is at 900mhz
temp at idle is 30C under load 48C

it is stable here. have gone up with both but eventually get a bsod in tests. any ideas on where i should go from here? my ram is 1066mhz, but the board reads it at 800mhz, but now with turning the fsb up brought it up to 900mhz, at 2.1 volts. any ideas on how to get it to where it should be?
it still works

1066MHz RAM is often read as 800MHz RAM. Don't worry about that. Set your divider to give you a speed closer to 1066MHz.

can't get it any higher. is this as high as i may get? are some batches different than others? went up to x13.5, no good. tried with higher voltage, no good. tried 2300fsb no good. i only went up on the voltage to like 1.365. if i went higher on voltage is it possible to go to x14 or higher on fsb. looks like i won't get 3.1 from cpu but would like to get 3.0 from it.
