Guys, I am having problems with my CPU temps. I am wondering if I switch to a different mobo, P35-DS3R/P will my CPU temps come down?

Ambient = 22

IDLE:
Real Temp - 48 and 44
Core Temp - 51 and 49
ASUS PC Probe - 49

LOAD
Real Temp - 54 and 53
Core Temp - 63 and 62
ASUS PC Probe - 68

are you overclocking? whats your vcore at? voltage makes heat so if you have to much vcore you have extra heat. try to reapply thermal paste

i would trust RealTemp its made for 45nm and your temps are not horrible as they are

If you get a motherboard with more phases in the CPU power regulator (or even digital power regulation), you might be able to reduce your Vcore to get at the same clock speed.

You might also find motherboards with better NB, SB and power regulator cooling which might reduce the overall temps in the case (which might reduce the CPU temp).

Thanks guys, I have reapplied the Thermal Paste and the HS multiple times and the temps are always the same. I am thinking I need to buy a new cooler in hopes the temps come down.
