Your N router should have a mode in the wireless settings that will allow 802.11b+g+n devices to connect. Make sure this mode is selected. Also try giving your DS a static IP, adding its MAC address to the access list (if you have MAC filtering on), and setting the SSID yourself on the NDS instead of trying to automatically connect. Also make sure you're only using WEP, as the DS doesn't support anything stronger :/. Failing that, you can get the USB dongle Nintendo sells and use that to get online.
