What mobo should I use for this build?

Also, if you guys have any suggestions about, say, replacing parts, please feel free to let me know.

Here are the parts:

CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E8500
link:http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...115036&Local=y
price: $269.99

GPU: eVGA GeForce 8800 GT (probably SLI)
link:http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...gtCjCVRqCjCVRq
price: $139.99(x2)

RAM: Corsair 4GB (2 x 2GB) DDR2 SDRAM
link: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820145184
price: $66.50

CHASSIS: Antec Nine Hundred Black Steel ATX Mid Tower
link:http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...pk=antec%2b900
price: $119.99

HD: Barracuda 7200.10 SATA 3.0Gb/s 320-GB
link:http://www.newegg.com/product/produc...82E16822148140
price: $79.99

OS: Windows XP 64-bit

PSU: Corsair TX-750
link: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817139006
price: $119.99

MOBO: ??

This comes out to $796.45 ($936.44) if I SLI'd the 8800 GT's.
I don't know what motherboard to get. I need one that supports good overclocking, has integrated sound, and supports SLI (and must also be compatible with everything else there). Please help.

I asked around, and some people suggested these two motherboards:
Asus P5K3 Deluxe, and the EVGA 780i

Which one is better? Or is there another that you guys think is better? Thanks a lot!

I would go 4850 for GPU, and X38 for the mobo

EDIT: GPU:http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...850+hd&x=0&y=0

Mobo: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813136045
Or this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813186134 If you want to go DDR3 on this board

Also use the money saved on mobo and get this CPU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819115042

yep, what he said. get the dfi, looks way way way better then that foxconn. if the build is for gaming keep the e8500 cpu, no point going for a quad.
