GPU folding...what can I expect?

I have been part time folding on my laptop with smp it gets about 700-740ppd. I have been thinking about trying the gpu folding on the laptops 8600M GT what kind of points do you think I will get?

I'm going to guess and say 750-1200 PPD. This depends on your clocks and what not.

I intend to, just had to get some help getting drivers for it, which I now have but I am at work so its doubtful that I will have time to mess with it today. I am also a bit worried about cooling, my dell has a really good heatpipe, but the fan only turns on when the cpu gets warm...not the gpu, so I am going to have to watch it.

Here's what my 8600GT (desktop card) gets. If you're interested, I have another one available for sale! (see the link in my sig)

I am running all my stuff to team folding, so gpu folding wouldn't help me. I know my laptop card is scaled way down, so 1000-1200ppd is more likely.

Use FahMon, it'll tell you what your PPDs on each project are, and also a total of all projects running (even works across a network).
