Just like Asus before it, MSI has decided to reveal which of its motherboards will be able to be used with AMD's still upcoming Phenom 9950. Clocked at 2.6 GHz and featuring a 140W TDP, the Phenom 9950 is supported by MSI's:

- K9N2G Neo (Ver.100) - GeForce 8200 (MCP78S) chipset
- K9N2 Diamond (Ver.120) - nForce 780a SLI chipset
- K9A2 Platinum (Ver.140) - AMD 790FX chipset
- K9A2 Platinum V2 (Ver.140) - AMD 790FX chipset
- K9N2 Zilent (Ver.300) - nForce 750a SLI chipset
- K9N2 SLI Platinum (Ver.300) - nForce 750a SLI chipset

hopefully AMD's 45nm will have a great arch, and finally get some idle speed's of 3.0 ghz+
