The GeminII without fans is 80mm in height. It could use the PSU fan plus a 2nd 15mm thick fan for airflow.

Perhaps the Noctua NH-C12P is worth looking into, aswell. I'm unaware of its height but it is horizontal and i believe it was meant to be a shorter style.

The GeminII is pretty wide.. Not sure if it will fit too well with the space allowed.

I second this, views have been amazing on it. Most ranking it as the best of it's type, some ranking it as on par with the TRUE in general even.

The Noctua NH-C12P, Thermalright SI-128 SE or Scythe Shuriken would be my choice. Do some measuring to find out exactly how much space you have.

Just a heads up.... Does your PSU have a 120/140mm fan? If so, make sure to have your HSF blowing UP as opposed to the stock downward airflow. In open air, this will hurt the HSF performance a bit. However, you would need to do this in your case.

Of course, you can have your PSU fan on top and suck in fresh air instead. Play around with the configs.
