Did you put thermal paste on the CPU/Heatsink when you installed the Intel cooler?

Thanks very much
I think it's fine for the current temperature, since it's been working fine for the past half year in that temp, downloading hundreds of Gigabytes from the internet, without showing a bsod or unexp reboot.

How exactly is your CPU temp 10+ degrees cooler than your case temp, when you're on air?

I've no idea.. the indicator says so.. always so.
what could I do to lower somewhat the case temp? changing a case means lots of trouble for me XD
and the 80mm & 120 mm fans seem to work all right

Well, have you done any cable management? Just try to hide the cables. Get them out of the way for the airflow, and you should see some drop in temps.
