Well, its hard to tell by the pics, but it looks like you've got a fairly typical midtower case. the biggest factor in most of those high end heatsinks is the height. Most need 7 or 8 inches of space from the mobo to the top of the heatsink.
But since you will be kinda limited by your mobo, you probably wont need the best of the best. I agree with askthem1 the artic cooler is really good, cheaper, and is smaller to boot.

take a look at the specs and see if that'll fit, but my guess is that it'll work just fine.
