Building a computer with roughly $400 dollars. Help please!

Thread Starter
Okay, heres whats up - I'm currently upgrading my computer and putting old parts off to the side and now my father is interested in building a computer using my pre-existing hardware. I'll go ahead a list what I'll have left over hardware wise:

CPU - Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 @2.4GHz
RAM - OCZ Unbuffered Platinum Rev. 2 4-4-4-15 x2 1gig sticks
GPU - x700 Pro ATI card (Used as a backup in case I blew up a card while OC)
Case - Needs to be purchased (Mid Size ATX)
Mobo - Needs to be purchased
PSU - Needs to be purchased
Optional GPU - Might not use the x700, any suggestions I'm open to.
HDD - Needs to be purchased (500GB minimum if possible)
CD-ROM - Taken care of
OS - Taken care of

Pretty much this computer is for recreational use i.e. Word Processing/Movies/Burning DVDs and such. I greatly appreciate any help anyone is willing to give. If it exceeds the $400~ budget just try to keep it to a minimum and I'll work from there and probably chip in to build it. Thanks in advance guys, I'll check this tomorrow when I get home from work.

Gigabyte EP35-DS3L - $90
Silverstone Element 80Plus 500W - $90 (Or $10 more for the Corsair 550VX)
EVGA 8800GS - $80 after MIR ($110 w/o MIR)
WD 500GB SATA2 - $80
And a case to your liking with what's left...

$340 after MIR, $370 before the 8800GS MIR.
