Need some help picking a very low budget motherboard

Thread Starter
Ok, well I have been looking for a very low priced motherboard for about 5 days now, and I just dont know what to look for when it comes to the low end.

I need a board that is:

Less than $50 including shipping
Has at least two SATA 3Gb/s ports
Has any onboard video
Must support up to 4gb of ddr2 ram (at least)
Must use DDR2 667 (or higher)
Must support Pentium D 820 processor (800fsb)
It doesn't matter if it is open box or not (as long as it works)
Any ATX form factor (mini/standard/etc.)
Four ram slots would be nice... but not a must

I was going to buy THIS board earlier today, but rite as I was entering my credit card information it went out of stock.

Please help me find a board that will work for me

(no ebay)

What chipset is the Pentium, 775 or 478?

If It's 775 then bukey's board should work.

Alrite, that one it is (I don't count Mail in Rebates {I never got money back for half of the ones I sent in})

.. damn caught on fire, I can't risk that as this is going to be a 24/7 server.
