That board is a bit stubborn on overclocking.. it supposedly is possible, but I tried on a Q6600 and not much luck.

You need to boot into maint mode by switching the cmos jumper from pins 1/2 to 2/3 just to disable eist and cie.

The vdroop on it is insane, its close to .1 from bios to windows.

as suggested above, try upping the FSB about 10 at a time and see how far it goes

With that setup I see you at a 24/7 OC of 3.8GHz and a goof off "how high can I go" at just under 4GHz or MAYBE over - I have the BT and am contemplating the upgrade to BT2. Give me a few minutes to find the post where I had all the settings you would need to hit that.

EDIT: Found It:

450 FSB
FSB 1.45v
1.325 vCore
1.55v NB

For 3.6GHz

OR

476 FSB
FSB 1.475v
1.33 vCore (after vDroop so you may want to set it at 1.362-1.37 in BIOS)
1.6v NB

OR

488 FSB
1.5v FSB
1.36vCore
1.65v NB

OR

495 FSB
1.5v FSB
1.39vCore
1.675v NB

Does anyone know an incompatibility problem in to my PC sistem described in the signature? I have tried allready 3 service places, nobody has found out why my PC reboot's..help pls if anybody has a solution!

Yes Sir... in bios I have loaded Default!no other changes has been made, everything has been mounted stock...memory in the blue Dimms(also tryed in black dimms), Video Card in the 1st slot near CPU...and so on...
PS.I'm really thinking after this couple of tests to change Mobo with Asus or Gigabyte.
I'm really disapointed with this Intel Mobo..but I will try to find some solutions. In this moment I'm worthless...I'm thinking about something incompatibility

XP, yes?

R/Click "My Computer" > Properties> Advanced> Start-Up and Recovery> Settings> uncheck auto restart.

Just in case you're getting a BSOD.
