I have tryed to make my PC to load an full memory dump after this reboot, nothing found..Also I Have tryed Vista,XP,ubuntu,Fedora...nothing have leased than 30 minute(with or without this seting)... For me that meens there an Hardware problem, not a software one...drivers new from sites, BIOS update done... I'm still thinking on some conflict or incompatibility...but I have not found somebody on this Forum with this Mobo or something like mine...

I concur, that's why a BSOD error could point you in the right direction.

Has it ever restarted while sitting in bios?

Man it almost sounds like you might be having some heat issues. I see that you have an aftermarket cooler on your board, did you make sure that you installed it correctly? If it uses push pins, are they pushed all the way in? If it uses bolts, is it bolted tight? How much thermal paste did you use? Many people put on way too much. You only need a little bit. Try re-installing your CPU heatsink with just a small amount of paste (about the size of an uncooked grain of rice) and make sure to really get the sink on tight.

I have not used any thermall paste...I have tooked out the cooler from his box pushed the cooler till it have heared the click sound... Procesor works at 56, grafic around 60/62 idle... Also I have the Thermaltake Kandalf with 4 big coolers inside, the HDD temperature HDDLife told me around 34 on HDD.The PC Home is in about 25 room, also I have tryed in 18 room, same reboot.

PS:What you meen with aftermarket cooler?

Did the cooler have pre applied thermal paste on it?

56 is a little hot for idle, put any kind of load on it and you may exceed the thermal management settings.
Check your TM settings in bios, see what temperatures are set.

h33b might be onto something.

Why did you have to get a board that no one has

I think it's either your RAM or a temperature issue.
You might want to try manually setting your RAM timings and voltages to the manufacturers specs.

If that doesn't work its time to barebones test, nothing but 1 stick of ram, 1 HDD, 1 optical, your GFX , and no soundcard.
Testing with another GFX card would also be helpful.

Reseat everything, including your cooler and all the power connectors, you'll need some thermal paste(AS5) is good.

In your signature it shows you have one of these:

Coolermaster HyperTX2 RR-CCH-L9U1-GP (AIR)

Which is an aftermarket cooler. 56 is very hot to be running idle, which leads me to believe that as soon as your CPU is under load, the temps are shooting through the roof and the board is turning itself off to prevent damage. Please take of your CPU cooler, clean the bottom of it and the top of the CPU, apply a little bit of thermal paste, and try again. If it is true that you didn't put any paste on your cooler, that could be what is really getting you in trouble.
