To be honest if your games are running fine,And Crisis sure does stress your system then dont wory about ati tool.As there aint no problems with the game you play ,Try a few more games and stress them at high settings for an hour or so,Then if no artifacts at all then Add n Remove ATI tool.
Also you have latest version of ATI Tool? Not that it matters if your games are ok.
Good luck.

Well guys,
I just finished running through 3dmark06 SIX times!! (back-to-back)
I didn't see a single artifact.
I'm not sure if this tells me that my graphics card is fine or not.
Is there anything else i can do to make sure its ati tool's problem and not my graphics card?

As said before, ATITool is meant for stressing, minimal artifacts in atitool will rarely, if at all show in real world graphic applications (gaming)

Yes, but a card should be able to withstand being stressed out and pass with flying colors nonetheless. Artifacting at any stress level can be an indication of problems developing.
