ASUS. Had many of them, and never one RMA. They have SmartDoctor to overclock and ADJUST FAN speeds right from the box

I'm going with Visiontek just because of the lifetime warranty.

Edit: Are there any companies like EVGA that will still RMA your card even if you've tampered with it before? That is the one thing I've always loved about their cards.

ASUS,HIS, power color, mabye gigabyte and visiontek all made some very nice coolers and ocs.

Sapphire and Diamond, the most reliable cards from ATI you could say.

Visiontek has the lifetime warentee most of all.
the hub bub about lifetime warentee? i never get espcially for videocards.
