The Dell 530 has a standard AcBel ATX12V PSU rated at 300W (18A on the 12V). It is a bit cramped in there so you will want to find a PSU that is the standard length of 5.5" and possibly designed with shorter cables (such as the Silverstone ST-50EF-SC) or maybe modular. Why do you need to upgrade your PSU, are you adding a new gpu? We can recommend a PSU for you if you let us know what you plan on doing.

Good luck with the slim..

Just get a 600w PSU from the egg with like 40amps on the 12v rails.

Unfortunately the slim version uses a odd size PSU. Instead of the normal ATX size PSU (5.5"D x 5.9"W x 3.4"L), it uses a form factor called TFX (5.9"D x 3.2"W x 2.5"L). The problem with that is the only PSUs I can find of that form factor are 250W and 270W and they are of questionable quality. So if you were hoping to build upon that system, you are going to have to buy a new case in addition to a new PSU that can handle a new GPU.
