Help me OC Q6600 on my ABIT IP35 Pro

Hi guys, new user posting and also new to OCing so please bear with me hehe. This is my first system OC attempt. I've recently (1-2weeks) begun reading these forums and would appreciate any help in OCing my current system (will include if it doesn't appear in Sig).

Basically, I'm looking for Voltage levels (CPU/RAM/MCH/etc) for certain overclock speeds.

I've attempted a couple overclocks at 280,310,320 FSB which were tested using Prime95 and monitored with CoreTemp/RealTemp/CPUz/uGuru. Unfortunately, I had a problem where shutting down my PC would quit me out of Vista but STILL leave the case on (no it wasn't the Vista SLEEP setting), so I went back to AUTO CPU/RAM voltages.

Memory Overclocking:
I'm usin Patriot Extreme 2x 2GB PC2-6400 (PC6400LLK).
I've read from their site and know that these timings should be 4-4-4-12 @ 2.2v. But the AUTO detect is timing them at 5-5-5-12 and 1.9v i believe. Is it okay to go ahead and change this? Will I need to up my NB/SB voltages as well? I should also set my Ratio to 1:1 once I begin OCing the CPU correct?

I will update with my CPU stats when I get home from work; I would post what I recall but the wrong stats could drastically change advice given so I'll wait till I can check right from the BIOS.

I'm hoping some fellow Overclock.net members can help me out with my Work in Progress

Cheers!!

Note: I noticed some other users using the same Board/CPU from the IntelTopOverclocks.xls and I'd appreciate any info on the voltages used.
Cooling (should be in sig) is Cooler Master Hyper 212 on the CPU and the normal case fans for the rest.

Here's a Screenshot of my current (default) settings: CoreTemp idling at 38C.
VID: 1.3125

I was thinking that I would do the following.
Set Memory voltage to 2.2v (recommended).
Set Memory Timings to 4-4-4-12 (recommended).

What I need advice with:
What to set Memory tRC?
Wether I should dial up vCore while dialing up FSB or just leaving vCore alone?
Should I tweak other voltage settings? How bout CPU GTLREFs?

This is my first build so any help is appreciated!
