More memory more slower?

Hey, guys i havent posted in a while workin 15hrs a day, anyway i got 8gb of gskill this one http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820231122, and i have Vista 64bit ultimate and the rating for the cpu,video,hard drives etc is 5.9 and my memory gets a 5.1??, and the memory isnt overclocked its stock

Well it's only 800 MHz RAM with 5 timings...

If you lower the timings or OC the RAM it will go up.

okay the timings werent stock which is weird so i changed it to 5-5-15 and i got a 5.5 now what else i can do to improove,

I thought about that also. I get 5.9 on everything BUT my memory and its clocked correctly at 4-4-4-12 with 2.1 volts. This motherboard has been a pain to OC as well. I need a new HSF.
