yay there finally out i checked at bestbuy.com and they were out but they were only selling the visontek brand thats ok though other than it says you have to purchase online

Wow, that was fast. I will definitely pick one up and let you guys know how well it works In the meantime, how well do ATI's manufacturing partners (you know, Diamond, Visiontek, HIS, etc.) hold up against one another, or are they all practically identical?

But basically the same. VisionTek is the best though imo.

They are all at par with each other but VisionTek's support I think is a little bit better. HIS put crazy (Crazy as in GOOD) heat sinks and fans on their X series although I'm not sure about the 38** series or 48** series.
