ok ive red some other forum posts about the bord im using.

Conclusion, its wack.

The max stable fsb is somewhere around 375 if you max out everything.

So i guess ill look for a cheap oc bord. You guys have some suggestions.

The onlything i require the bord to have is sli/crossfire support

You could try the 750i, its got good reviews.

Also, with my E6750 I had to use 1.4vcore to get it stable at 3.2Ghz. Every chip is different.

I think you just have to play with the settings some more. What exact board do you have? EVGA, Asus, MSI, etc?

Doesn't that CPU have a 10X multi. That means that at 1500Rated FSB you're trying to boot at 3.7Ghz.
**EDIT**nvm. I looked up your processor it has a 8 multi. I was able to get my E8200 on a EVGA 650i board up to 3.6Ghz and it has a multi of 8.

Use more VCORE dammit! 1.35v isn't always enough for an overclocked E6750.

No. You should be fine. Just work with it.

You should have a SPP voltage, Have you tried to up a notch on that? I think it's MCP on your BIOS.

OK guys, its been a while and im going to give it a try again.

Please give me some steps.

My specs one more time.

Abit Fatl1ty Fp-in9 motherboard
Intel E6750 (1333 FSB 65nm 8x multi)
667mhz RAM by Kingston (value ra)

I know this is a wack oc gear but 3.0Ghz seems reasonable to get from this setup

Ok

Now please tell me what settings i should use to get 3.0GHZ
Ill figure out the voltages my self.

Thnx

ALso does it hurt to give the VTT voltage a little boost (say 0.1 v)

Edit its running stable at 3.0ghz now

vcore @ 1.4
NB @ 1.3v
mem @ 2.0v @667mhz

next step is getting 800mhz oc mem and try to push it to 3.5, I will run 1:1then
