Help with Evga 750i (HELP pls)

Thread Starter
Hello there!

Today i got a Evga 750i FTW, replaced my asus p5n32-e sli.

Now i have a few questions.

1. When i start the computer it says "Floppy disks fail (40)"

How do i disable this warning?

2. I am not sure all the asus drivers are gone, how do i remove them?

3. Just look at this picture and you can find many odd things.

4. I want to oc later on, which is the best bios and how do i change to it?

5. Do you guys use the nb fan?

Other suggestions are also welcome.

Thanx

yep.

The new motherboard has a different chipset, and Vista cannot automatically update drives and such without a re-install.

Good luck.

And then refer to threads in my sig...

You will find all you need... the floppy issue is just a setting in bios to deal with, disable anything to do with a floppy drive n make HD first boot..

My guid has bios pics of all settings

So. I re-installed vista.

Now as you can see in the picture in the first post it says cpu speed is 1600mhz, after re-install it still does, but it sometimes changes the core voltage and the speed to 2400mhz.

Hard to explain but look at these pics, and notice the time is the same at them both.

Thanx

EDIT: Noticed that it is the miltiplier that changes, from 9x to 6x :S
