BSOD, at random then restart issue

so lately my computer has been BSOD'ing at random today seems worse then days past.

it has done it three times today, there doesn't seem to be a rhythm or reason to when it happens just totally random.

running vista 64 ultimate. it seems to be doing it since I added a tv tuner card. what I can say of the card is it gets dang hot, other then that everything seems to work great then bang "restart" that wonderful blue screen is never up long enough for me to read anything

the only reason I know its a BSOD is I was here once when it happened, otherwise it usually happens when I walk away then come back a bit later and I have to log in again and notice it has restarted.

hopeful someone here can point me in the right direction.

edit: one thing I have done recently as well is turn the power saving feature on that turns HDD's of when not in use for 10 min, don't know if that matters but there it is anyway.

normally I like randomness but not when it crashes my computer, lol

the only stuff running for was Itunes, firefox 3, and the other background stuff like my razer mouse control, windows sidebar, open office quick start, things like that

I know my over clock is stable as I have not changed it is about 5 weeks, and its not like its a massive overclock anyway. I did stability test when I set it up and everything checked out fine.

what TV tuner card do you have, mine is a AVer combo TV PCI-E 1x

right click on my computer and goto properties
then goto advance system setting
then goto start up and recovery and check or uncheck auto start

it will make is so if it bsod you can read the bsod and write it down and post it here.
