How would the 1.6ghz ATOM compare to a AMD 2500+ xp-m?

I was wondering because soon I may be getting a MSI Wind, and I wanted to know how much power I would loose from from going to that than from my hp laptop's cpu (the one in my sig). Also the ATOM in the wind can be overclock from 1.6ghz to 1.9ghz, don't know how much that could close the gap between the ATOM and the AMD 2500+ xp-m though.
