Computer Eats Video Cards

Thread Starter
A freind brought his computer by a few days ago complaining that the video was all messed up. I took a quick look and sure enough the video card seems to be on its last legs.

The strange thing is that this is the second card I have put in this system in 6 months.

Bad luck or could I be having a power issue?

The PSU could be unstable and sending bad voltages...

Might just be a coincidence.

Yeah, I'd definitely suspect a faulty power supply first. Your friend may want to buy a new PSU as well. And make sure he does his research and gets a good one.
