Crashing while computer is in sleep mode

One of my computer's is tending to crash while in sleep mode. I think it is related to the uGuru utilty. I know uGuru has caused problems for people and to be honest if you are to OC then you should do it via Bios and use other programs to monitor performance, correct? Or is uGuru just that awesome that I should have it or use it?

I have tested RAM and did a PC check as well and nothing has come up with a Hardware issue.

At this point I want to make sure I don't have any problems prior to OC'ing the system, so no it is not OC'ed at this point.
