im seriously considering going water cooling for my cpu only and am seriously considering this kit Here clicky

any advice if this is a good kit for a q6600 cpu only? i know it will mount on the back of my case as it also has tube holes which i can push out etc.. im only gonna be o/c to 3.2ghz currently my board will only allow 3.0ghz before fsb holes which is gutting so looking at a new board too in the near future.

For a cpu only loop - even a quad cpu - this kit should serve you well. Check the outer diamenter of the tubing, though to see if it wil fit through the pre-drilled holes in your case. I know the internal diameter (ID) is 7/16", but don't recall the OD.

You might also look at the pre-packaged kits from Petras:

which offer a few more choices.

thanks for that i havent taken the caps off the back of my case for the pre dremelled hole but diametre is 24mm on 2 of the holes then there is a centre cap which is approx 6mm high and 25mm wide and a smaller hole presumably for wireing as its 10mm diametre will get a pic up with the caps still on :-D
