Neither, I'd go with the OCZ Vendetta 2

Yeah Rosewill isn't exactly known for their quality products, I don't think you will get that great of performance out of either of them. Don't plan on doing lots of overclocking with the Rosewills, the OCZ you could get working well though.

Edit1: Also, what they hell, for it to turn like that, the heatpipes have to rotate in the base, therefor they aren't soldered in and probably transfer heat terribly, don't get that.

Edit2: OCZ vendetta 2 = $50, for that much I think it would be better to step up to a TRUE or NH-U12P, IMO.

I'd reorganize it to include work needed, as well as actual performance. This is unbiased, but lined up form the reviews I have seen.

1. OCZ Vendetta 2
2. TRUE
3. Tuniq Tower

The TRUE pretty much requires the buyer to lap it if they want to get the celebrated temperatures everyone seems to talk about. The Tuniq Tower is an all around great cooler, but it could be better. The Vendetta 2 had won most of the comparisons I have seen, and like everything else, would only benefit from lapping.
